I have been a realtor for sixteen years licensed in both Il (93) and Wi(94)and have sold over $90 million worth of real estate. I am a member of the Realtors Association of Northwest Chicagoland and Lakes Area realtors Association I specialize in residential: commercial sales, leasing and management: land development and waterfront property. I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). I served six years on the Board of Directors for the past Lake County association and the current Realtors Association of the Northwest Chicagoland. Serving also on Realtor Political Action Committee (14yrs), Governmental Affairs (14yrs), and Grievance committees(4 years).

My Broker is Realty World-Tiffany in Antioch, Illinois which was established in 1965 and joined the Realty World family in 1976.We have a staff of over 26 professional real estate agents.  Realty World-Tiffany has consistently been  involved in almost every aspect of the community, providing leadership, manpower, and monetary assistance to worthy causes such as churches, schools, parks, community projects and local service organizations." We live in the community that we serve."

As far as my professional involvement, I currently hold a seat on the Grievance Committee and Realtors for Better Government Committee of the Northwest Association of Realtors.

My marketing tools include but are not limited to the two Multiple Listing Services, (IL/WI), 10 web sites, Crains (Chicago area), Chicago Tribune, the Waukegan News Sun, The Advertiser, Harmon Homes and the personal networking with the top-producing agents in residential and commercial real estate.

MY LIFE

I am a fifth generation Antioch resident and with my beautiful wife Kathy, raised my family here. As a graduate from the Antioch school system, I also received a B.A. in sociology, a minor in Religion and Political Science from Milliken University. MY FAMILY DATES BACK TO 1 OF 6 FOUNDING FAMILIES of Antioch. I am proud to be a life long member of St Ignatius Episcopal Church of Antioch. My hobbies and passion as a conversationalist also include me to be co-chairman of the North/East chapter of Ducks Unlimited and President and charter member of Lake County Pheasants Forever chapter.
